About the Position
Furoya is a new Japanese-style bath & sauna preparing to open in Greenwich Village, near Union Square — and we're putting together our founding team. We'd love to hear from thoughtful, dependable people who take pride in genuine hospitality and in keeping a serene, immaculate space.
As part of the opening crew, you'll help shape the guest experience from day one. We plan to welcome roughly five front-desk members before launch.

What You'll Do
• Welcome and check in guests, fielding their questions with warmth and care
• Manage bookings and smooth over any hiccups with a calm, steady presence
• Keep daily floor operations running and lend a hand where needed
• Pass along what you hear from guests so we can keep getting better

What We're Looking For
• A natural sense of hospitality, paired with composure and consistency
• Clear, courteous communication — whether face-to-face or by email
• Comfort following set procedures to deliver service guests can count on
• Reliability with scheduling and a respect for your shift commitments
• Someone who works well alongside others and keeps things tidy and organized
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (SSN / work authorization required)
• CPR/First Aid certification, or the willingness to earn it
• A genuine curiosity about sauna culture and wellness is a real plus
